Cancellation policy

Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Orders placed through a subscription or other recurring purchase option may be canceled at any time before the next scheduled billing date. Cancellation requests submitted after an order has been processed or shipped will apply to future orders only.

Preorders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production or fulfillment has not begun. Personalized, custom-made, or print-on-demand products cannot be canceled once production has started.

To request a cancellation, contact us at DreamTrendz@yahoo.com with your name and order number. Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
